Get your first pull-up and pistol squat!

Pull-ups and pistol squats are the #1 things I hear women say they could never do. But that's simply not true. All it takes is some determination and the right plan for women to knock out reps and reps of these killer calisthenic movements.

That's why I created the #GunsnBuns program–to help women level up their fitness and get their first pull-up and pistol squat. No more sighing and saying, "Maybe one day." No more stories about being weak. We're going to make your strength a reality!

So…about this beta test.

The program launches November 13 and I need your help! I'll be sending you some of the EXACT workouts that are included in the guide via weekly emails so you can try it before you buy it. The only thing I ask is for feedback. Let me know what you think of the workouts so I can give everyone the best plan possible.

During this FREE 4 week beta test you'll get…

Warning: This program is tough!

Due to the nature of these workouts, this program is not suitable for beginners! Ideally, you'll be at at least an intermediate level with weight training. However, if you have any questions as you go through the beta workouts, you can always email me for help!

And one more thing…

You MUST absolutely have the desire to get stronger!

Hi, my name is Allie…

I’m a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and owner/creator of Fit-geek.com. I'm passionate about helping people get stronger and practice healthy habits that are sustainable for their lifestyle. That means no crash diets or extreme workout regimens. It's all about what works for you, because there’s no one-size-fits all when it comes to health and fitness.

I created the #GunsnBuns guide because I'm tired of women believing the narrative that they're "just weak." This guide takes a methodical, goal-oriented approach towards building the skills and strength necessary to get your first pull-up and pistol squat.
