So…about this beta test.
The program launches November 13 and I need your help! I'll be sending you some of the EXACT workouts that are included in the guide via weekly emails so you can try it before you buy it. The only thing I ask is for feedback. Let me know what you think of the workouts so I can give everyone the best plan possible.

Each workout includes important skill work to help you get your first pistol squat and pull-up.
Due to the nature of these workouts, this program is not suitable for beginners! Ideally, you'll be at at least an intermediate level with weight training. However, if you have any questions as you go through the beta workouts, you can always email me for help!
